Who?

aktivCampus is a collaboration between Norwegian student sports and the Council for Mental Health. aktivUke here at UiS is led by UiSI with a plan for 3 days of activity in accordance with the general concept of aktivCampus

What?


aktivCampus is a national concept with an ambition to create an active, health-promoting and meaningful everyday study through social communities and physical activity.

Why?

aktivCampus will contribute to better to better physical and mental health among the students and be a recipe for loneliness. aktivUke will lead students into an active campus

How?

aktivUke shall, through a social and diverse range of activities, contribute to each individual student being able to find suitable ways to be active in their study day.
